Shipping Policy

We serve only as an intermediary between you and the applicable shipping carrier. We currently ship all orders via USPS. Shipping times listed on our website are in terms of business days e.g Monday - Friday and only apply to orders placed before 4PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 4PM EST will likely have an extra delay of 1 business day. We are not responsible for any other delays in your delivery, this is entirely in the control of the shipping carrier, "USPS". All orders are automatically insured by us. You must contact us immediately if your items do not arrive within 2 business days of the estimated delivery time, otherwise we may run out of stock and not be able to send you a replacement in a timely manner.
